Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $23 - $25 per hr.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of AP processes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor files and ensure W-9 and insurance documents are up to date
Assist with month-end closing and accruals
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payment
Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time hours
